1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Harmony Quest Healing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Harmony Quest Healing provides holistic healing services including but not limited to:

  • Quantum energy healing and Reiki
  • Inner Child healing and shadow work
  • Shamanic practices including soul retrieval and ancestral healing
  • Sound healing with singing bowls and frequency work
  • Somatic and embodiment practices
  • Quantum energy work for homes, land, businesses, and animals (using quantum energy techniques with some feng shui principles)
  • The Inner Quest membership program
  • The Harmonic Integration Journey year-long program
  • Educational content and resources

Our services are provided for personal growth, spiritual development, and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices for our services are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect existing bookings or active memberships until renewal.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Recurring Payments

Membership programs involve recurring payments. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. You will receive advance notice of any price changes.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by service type:

  • Individual Sessions: Full refund or reschedule with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice: no refund but can reschedule one time.
  • The Inner Quest Membership: Can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle. Current month is non-refundable.
  • The Harmonic Integration Journey: Completely non-refundable once enrollment begins due to the intensive nature of this year-long program.
  • Quantum Energy Work for Spaces/Animals: 50% non-refundable deposit required. With 7+ days notice, deposit can be applied to rescheduled session within 6 months.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share confidential session information without consent
  • Record or distribute session content without explicit permission

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, are owned by or licensed to Harmony Quest Healing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our express written permission. Limited personal use is permitted for enrolled members accessing course materials for their own educational purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.

You represent that any content you submit is accurate, does not violate any third-party rights, and complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Health and Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The services provided by Harmony Quest Healing are for educational, spiritual, and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Our services do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. You should always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any physical or mental health concerns. Do not discontinue medical treatment or medications without consulting your healthcare provider.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health decisions and that Harmony Quest Healing is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your personal information and session content in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable privacy laws. However, confidentiality may be breached if:

  • You provide written consent to share information
  • There is a serious threat of harm to yourself or others
  • We are required by law to disclose information
  • We need to consult with professional supervisors or colleagues (information shared will be limited to what is necessary)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Quest Healing and its owners, practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of services
  • Any errors or omissions in content
  • Any conduct or content of third parties

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abusive or disrespectful conduct
  • Any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the dispute and your proposed resolution.

16. Governing Law
