Quantum energy work for spaces and animals is performed remotely and does not require an in-person visit. This work harmonizes the energetic field of your property or animal companion using quantum energy techniques supplemented with feng shui principles.

2.1 Deposit Requirements

Space and animal energy work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit covers:

• Initial assessment and energetic preparation
• Reservation of your session date
• Preliminary research and energetic planning

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days notice: Deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is forfeited
• Remaining balance: Due at the time of the session

3. The Inner Quest Membership

The Inner Quest is a monthly membership offering ongoing support, embodiment practices, live healing sessions, and community connection.

3.1 Monthly Subscription

The Inner Quest membership is billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice via email
• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No Partial Refunds: The current month's membership fee is non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the billing period
• Reactivation: You may reactivate your membership at any time at the current membership rate

4. The Harmonic Integration Journey

The Harmonic Integration Journey is a transformative year-long program for deep, sustained healing. This is a significant commitment requiring dedication and consistency.

4.1 Non-Refundable Policy

The Harmonic Integration Journey is completely non-refundable once enrollment begins. Due to the intensive nature of this year-long program and the commitment required from both practitioner and client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4.2 Application Process

Because of the non-refundable nature of this program, all applicants must:

• Complete a thorough application to ensure energetic alignment
• Participate in a discovery consultation before enrollment
• Confirm readiness for a year-long commitment to deep transformation

4.3 Program Pauses

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request to pause the program for up to 4 weeks. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Pauses beyond 4 weeks may affect the program structure and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience a serious emergency, medical crisis, or other exceptional circumstance that prevents you from attending sessions or fulfilling your commitment, please contact us immediately.

We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis and make reasonable accommodations when possible. Examples of extenuating circumstances include:

• Serious illness or hospitalization
• Death in the immediate family
• Natural disasters or emergencies
• Unexpected military deployment

6. Practitioner Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

• We will provide as much notice as possible
• You will be offered the option to reschedule at your convenience
• If rescheduling doesn't work for you, you will receive a full refund
• No cancellation fees will apply

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within:

• 5-7 business days for credit card refunds
• 3-5 business days for PayPal and Venmo refunds
• Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a session or request a refund:

2. Include your full name, booking date, and reason for cancellation
